Here are some questions that our students frequently ask. If you have any questions that aren't answered here, please send us an e-mail to Info@lela.uk.com and we'll answer your question as soon as possible!

Can I enrol on a course with LELA from this website? Yes, you can! If you would like to complete our application form please click here.

Can LELA resolve other problems including visa applications? Indeed. Once you are enrolled with us, we will pay attention to any problems you may encounter throughout your academic time. This will include clarifying any issues concerning immigration, welfare, and other issues. Our Director of Studies and office staff are always available on the premises to help with any problems or grievances you may have.

Can LELA arrange for the collection of students from airport or rail stations? Yes. LELA's location in Ealing is a relatively short drive from Heathrow Airport and Central London, therefore collecting students does not pose any constraints as long as it is a pre-arranged collection. There will be a charge for collection.

What about holidays? The school is closed for Christmas for two weeks and at Easter for one week. Students do not pay for courses when the schools is closed for holidays. Students enroling for 1 year may take upto 5 weeks holiday during their period of study. If you take this holiday you will not receive additional tuition at the end of your year to cover for the time you were away from the school.

Do you give refunds? Refunds will only be paid if a student's visa is refused by the Home Office or the British Embassy abroad. The student must send us a copy of the refusal letter and enclose all original documentation. The amount of the refund is usually a maximum of 90% of tuition fees. Minimum charge is £50.
